Neu’s Advertising Department – Part Time Position
This is a part time position with extra hours required during high demand times in parts of Fall, Winter & Spring.
Neu’s handles almost all of our marketing/advertising in-house. This includes, Print design, Radio Script writing, TV Ad production, social media content development, etc. We are looking to add a part time person to our team.
Monday – Fridays (occasional Saturdays)
Though not required, prior experience working with an in-house marketing team and/or experience working in the hardware industry is a plus.
Responsibilities Include:
- Producing Print Sale Flyers
- Preparing Print files for Press
- Posting on blogs, and social networks
- Online outreach and promotion using Facebook, Instagram, Email Marketing
- Assist with in-house event planning
- Assist with advertising performance data collection
Skills Required:
- Print design skills utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (prior experience required) – Must be able to design start to finish without the use of a template.
- Indesign (software knowledge essential)
- Photoshop (software knowledge essential)
- Illustrator
- Video Editing skills (a plus, but not required)
- Promotional content development (written and visual creation)
- Photography/videography experience
A portfolio of prior print design (without the use of a template) and other marketing content creation is requested along with your resume.
Cashier – Part Time
POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items.
- Operating scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics.
- Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a receipt to every customer.
- Following all Neu’s procedures regarding returns, coupons, gift cards
- Maintaining a clean workspace.

Delivery Driver – Part/Full time
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers to delivery location, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading trucks and providing exceptional customer service to our client base. We will provide training to the right person who can demonstrate motivation and a willingness to learn. REQUIREMENTS:
- Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods
- Must have a good driving record and able to handle quantities of 20 to 40# boxes.
- Pack and load products onto trucks according to company’s specifications
- Deliver orders to customers on jobsites. (this will include into job trailers and sometimes over irregular terrain)
- Maintain ongoing communication with shipping manager
- Unload goods as per instructions.
- Review & confirm deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs
- Must possess a positive and professional attitude

Inside Sales – Part Time
POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for being a leader in superior sales execution, providing an outstanding shopping experience to our clients through product knowledge and exceptional customer service. This enthusiastic and professional sales associate is a team player who maintains the sales floor to NEU’s standards, and complies with all policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Provides respectful, attentive service to the guests throughout the store.
- Construction related experience is helpful or prior experience in retail / customer service
- Arrive for scheduled shift on time.
- Flexible schedule but will include Saturday hours (Monday thru Friday 6:30AM – 5:30PM, Saturday 7:00am – 3pm closed Sunday)

Paint Department Sales Associate – Part / Full Time
Job Overview:
As a Paint Department Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their paint and decorating needs by offering product knowledge, mixing paint, and helping with color selection. You will maintain a clean, organized paint department while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product support.
Main Duties:
- Greet and assist customers with paint and supplies
- Match and Mix paint colors
- Offer advice on products and color choices
- Assist with department merchandising
- Learn about new products and promotions
- Follow safety rules when handling paint and tools

- Available to work weekdays open and close shifts along with rotational Saturdays.

Supply Chain Assistant – Full Time
Job Overview:
The Supply Chain Assistant will support multiple departments by maintaining and entering purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers to ensure accurate pricing and timely deliveries, and acting as a key liaison between internal teams and external vendors. This role also includes some customer interaction related to order updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create accurate replenishment purchase orders
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm pricing and delivery schedules
- Support weekly reporting on order status
- Review and resolve supplier invoice discrepancies
- Interact with customers regarding order updates and inquiries as needed
Qualifications & Skills:

Decorative Hardware Sales Position – Full/Part Time

Neu’s Hardware Gallery is a Leader in Decorative & Builders Hardware with more than 80 years in business.
Responsibilities:
Assisting customers with hardware selections for new home and remodeling/ decorating, both on the phone and in the store.

Assembly Technician/Shop Assistant
Entry level mechanical work
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Setting up new equipment for retail sales. Running and operating outdoor power equipment to verify everything is functional (Pre-delivery inspection). Checking in and prepping units for service. Minor mechanical work (Lubrication/filters/blades) Assisting the service writer with tool check in & check out. Shop organization. The work environment is a well-established and well-equipped in-house shop. We offer competitive benefits and compensation.

- Knowledge of mechanical practices and principles
- Understand the utilization of parts look up programs equipment manuals and service/repair manuals
- Strong basic computer skills (40 words per min)
